Team Introduction
In line with the globalization strategy and vision of the company, the Global Payments team builds a platform to provide cross-border payment solutions for all ByteDance\'s products and services, that are growing rapidly worldwide.

Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the design and construction of data products, and solving business problems through data products;
2. According to the application scenarios of the data, construct a reasonable and user-friendly design of the data foundation includes tables and data sets. Build a core indicator system that accurately reflects the business and products;
3. Discover and locate business problems, organize various data capabilities and resources to output overall data solutions, includes with formulate goals, roadmaps, and implementation;
4. Work closely with the business and R&D teams to effectively solve the problems of multi-location data deployment, data compliance, and data operation in an innovative way;
1. Have a strong sense of ownership with the enthusiasm to actively pursue products and business success, and have strong execution capabilities;
2. Extremely sensitive to numbers, excellent logic and abstract thinking, with a strong combination of business and data acumen;
3. Excellent product planning, design and implementation capabilities, more than 3 years of experience in data product design or analysis;
4. Better to have experience of large-scale data handling or global multi-location data processing;
