Job Description
Key Accountabilities:
- Collaborate within the Data & AI team to maintain high-quality data on the proprietary platform.
- Develop and sustain data quality modules supporting automated tracking and pre-emptive alerting mechanisms aligned with governance principles.
- Engage with stakeholders to define procedures and rules for data validation and quality metrics.
- Create and execute plans to enhance data quality by identifying errors, discrepancies, and effective solutions.
- Generate Data Quality health reports for stakeholders to monitor data reliability.
- Implement best practices in software development (Agile, DevOps, CI/CD) to expedite delivery and promote automation tools.
- Document work and procedures to ensure replicability by other team members.
- Communicate findings and insights effectively to stakeholders while ensuring consistent, accurate, and high-quality work.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Collibra Data Quality tool and Databricks.
- Proficiency in data and database management, utilizing Python and SQL for data wrangling, analytics, and transformation.
- Experience in data project implementation or change management is advantageous.
- CFA Level 1-3 certification or familiarity with asset management is a plus.
