Key Responsibilities * Condu Description Purpose of position The Senior Researcher will be responsible for creating advanced technology/solution and new business model for Smart Real Estate in ASEAN region, based on real-world requirements. Key Responsibilities Conduct research activities and develop advanced technology/solution using video intelligence and IoT data analytics Create new business model design Conduct Proof of Concept (PoC) to demostrate solution value with real world application Conduct activities in customer engagement, requirement study and solution proposal Create proposal documents, presentation material, and technical report Collaborate with global research teams and various parties to develop and deliver solution Requirements Educational & Professional Qualification Master's Degree or PhD Video Intelligence, Information Technology, Data Analytics or others Experience Min 3 years of relevant working experiences in Video Intelligence and IoT Data Analytics Working experience in project management and customer facing activities Knowledge/ Skills/ Other Abilities Artificial Intelligence (AI) / Machine Learning Knowledge Video Intelligence and IoT Data Analytics Design Thinking Project Management
