[What you will be working on]

Develop, test, and deploy machine learning (ML) and LLM solutions to analyse complex datasets in support of organisational goals. Monitor, troubleshoot and refine the performance and scalability of AI applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data engineers, data analysts, product managers, and domain experts to deliver timely and relevant AI solutions. Research, evaluate and implement new tools and technologies to enhance AI capabilities. Undertake other responsibilities as assigned to support NYP's transformation efforts.

[What we are looking for]

Relevant academic or professional qualification equivalent to a bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, statistics, mathematics, or a related field. At least 3 years of experience in developing data science or ML projects. Technically proficient in Python, SQL, data preparation, use of data science and ML libraries and frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, scikit-learn, pandas). Knowledge of data engineering principles and architecture, AI operations tools and methodologies (e.g., MLOps, CI/CD) and BI tools (e.g. PowerBI). Experience in deploying and managing AI applications in cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Databricks) would be an added advantage. Strong written and presentation skills, analytical and innovative, thrives independently in a collaborative working environment.
