Lead Data Scientist (Credit Risk/AML)

JAC are currently recruiting an experienced Senior/Lead Data Scientist to work with a highly respected Gaming Startup.
The successful candidate shall receive a competitive salary & package; as well as the opportunity to work on various innovative blockchain focused gaming applications.
The candidate shall initially operate as the Data Science Lead within the organisation, this role will be reporting into the CTO.
Role & Responsibilities:
Data model creation, development, visualization, deployment and optimization Developing the data/payment platform Develop/test/deliver solutions to enhance internal supply chain operations (via descriptive, predictive and prescriptive analytics) Providing Analytics/BI frameworks & insights; whilst presenting insights to various key internal stakeholders Operating in alignment with the Data Engineering & Software teams
Experience & Qualifications:
Experience working as a Senior or Lead Data Scientist within the FS domain Proficient in analysing data, hands on coding and automating data handling through SQL, Python and R Strong experience in FS or Gaming is desirable Experience working within a startup would be beneficial but not required A PhD or Masters in a quantitative field (e.g. Economics, Statistics, Sciences, Engineering, Computer Science)
