Position: Data Scientist with Clinical Research/Healthcare Research DatasetsJob Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Scientist with a strong background in clinical research data analysis. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of statistical methods, data mining techniques, and programming languages such as R or Python. They will also have a strong understanding of clinical research processes and regulations.As a Data Scientist, you will be responsible for analyzing large and complex datasets to identify patterns, trends, and insights that will inform and support our clinical research projects. You will work closely with our research team to design and implement data collection and analysis plans, as well as develop predictive models and algorithms to support our research goals.Key Responsibilities:- Conduct data mining and statistical analysis on large and complex clinical research datasets- Develop and implement data collection and analysis plans in collaboration with the research team- Design and build predictive models and algorithms to support research goals- Identify patterns, trends, and insights in data to inform research decisions- Communicate findings and insights to the research team and other stakeholders- Ensure data quality and integrity throughout the research process- Stay up-to-date with advancements in data science and clinical research to continuously improve processes and methodologies- Collaborate with other data scientists and research teams to share knowledge and best practicesQualifications:- Master\'s or PhD in Data Science, Statistics, or a related field- Minimum of 5 years of experience in data science, preferably in a clinical research or healthcare research datasets exposure- Strong understanding of statistical methods and data mining techniques- Proficiency in programming languages such as R or Python- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI- Knowledge of clinical research processes and regulations- Excellent communication and presentation skills- Ability to work independently and in a team environment- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills- Attention to detail and ability to handle large and complex datasets
