• Participate in BAU activities and data science projects within the Growth Analytics team, contributing to timely and quality deliverables
• Follow best practices, standardization, and documentation guidelines established by the lead data scientist
• Work on assigned tasks within projects, adhering to timelines, deliverables, and quality standards
• Provide regular updates on project progress and raise any blockers or risks to the lead data scientist
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data engineering, software development, product management, and business users to deliver data science projects
• Participate in cross-functional discussions, meetings, and knowledge sharing sessions
• Assist in gathering business requirements and aligning technical solutions with business goals
• Continuously improve skills and knowledge in data science and machine learning

Skills and experience that will lead to success

• Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of experience in data analytics and science, or a related domain
• Knowledge of data science concepts, techniques, methodologies, and best practices
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL, with experience in data manipulation, analysis, modeling, and machine learning algorithms
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities, with a focus on developing innovative solutions
• Continuous learning mindset to stay updated with the latest advancements in data science
