Candidate should have a good understanding of modelling data for search, building index and query pipelines, building search algorithms and improving relevance, and DevOps to deploy supporting applications
Requirements
Bachelor\'s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent.
At least 3 years of experience in search engineering and information retrieval.
Firm understanding of data modelling for search relevance.
Familiar with information retrieval algorithms and an understanding of lexical search engines.
Familiar with building search engine algorithms to fine-tune search relevancy.
Proficient in one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, or NodeJS.
Proficient in using Unix-like operating systems and familiar with Shell scripts/commandline tools.
Experience in building CI/CD pipelines.
A good team player with strong analytical skills.
Enjoy problem solving and delivering innovative ideas.
Familiarity with ML algorithms and semantic search/vector databases.
Familiarity with Tomcat and Microsoft IIS.
Understanding of Kubernetes and Red Hat OpenShift.\xe2\x80\x8b
