- Load and manage Outbound campaigns within CCX Manager
- Assist to improve and unify data from Dolphin, Member Maintenance and Power BI.
- Assist to manage escalated issues for the Development Team as required in a timely manner
- Provide analytical support and consultation on projects to ensure appropriate design, implementation, testing, and documentation for all development projects
- Troubleshoot and adjust existing data applications and processes

- Experience in outbound dialler operations and contact centre operations and best practices
- High-level knowledge of Microsoft suite of products (SQL, SSIS, Excel)
- Proven experience supporting end-users in an enterprise environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
