Job Description
BI (Qlik) Project & Operation support
- Develop, enhancement and maintain SSIS ETL processes to extract and transform data between various source systems, Azure blob storage and MS-SQL database hosted in Azure cloud.
- Utilize working knowledge of MS-SQL database design and stored procedures to develop logic for data transformation and analysis.
- Validate numbers shown in dashboard, database and source systems to discover differences, find the root cause and resolve the discrepancies.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in SQL database programming, SSIS development or Qliksense report development.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and knowledge in writing/using excel formulas.
- Ability to quickly adapt and learn new technologies and systems
Ideal Candidate profile:
- Aspiring data engineer who likes to analyze data and numbers to find insights.
- Strong interests in MS/Azure SQL database programming, design and performance tuning. Follow technology innovations in the cloud closely.
- Have a good understanding of data warehousing, ETL, business Intelligence, analytics products and data visualization.
- Meticulous, disciplined and process-driven. Finds satisfaction in extracting and providing accurate data for analysis on a day-to-day basis.
