DBS S2P Sub-Process Design Leader for Indirect ProcurementDescriptionDBU is introducing the Distributor Business System (DBS) program, known as Quantum, a transformative initiative that will revolutionize the way we operate. By embracing SAP, we can provide faster responses, personalized service, and a seamless experience that exceeds expectations.This role will play a crucial part in making this change happen; it is classed as Hybrid and can be based out of any Cummins location within APAC region..There will be a need for work and time zone flexibility given the global impact and cross functional stakeholders.DescriptionYou will be the sub process design leader for procurement of indirect goods and services to support the DBS program design and deployment. This role is critical to work closely with resources within the global procurement function, Digital Procurement COE (Centre of Excellence) and Corporate Indirect Procurement operational teams and DBU support teams (finance, operational teams, etc.) that engage in these activities, along with:

• Supporting the DBS implementation for the initial pilot phase (estimated timeline 3 years) as the system is rolled out in parallel for both the DBU/NRP Europe and Asia Pacific regions.
• Deploying a standard configurable functionality within the SAP S4/Hana SaaS platform along with Ariba Guided Buying, the Indirect Procurement system.
• Dependent on your role within the project, you will be:

o Providing SME (subject matter expertise) to support the design and build, gathering local requirements, process mapping, reviewing controls and governance, user acceptance testing, training support, data governance, cleansing and conversion, ensuring global design achieves local and regional requirements, business process deployments across each region, Infant care.Qualifications - InternalTo be successful in this role and working as part of a large multinational transformation team, you will have:

• A significant level of relevant work experience, including team leadership experience.
• Excellent collaboration skills, teamwork, and an ability to manage stakeholder expectations effectively and efficiently.
• A depth of knowledge and understanding of process design and development.
• A college, university, or equivalent degree
• This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
