Job Requirements:
Education & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field; Master's/PE license is a plus.
Experience
8-10 years' experience in electrical design and design management for data centers or mission-critical facilities. Proven track record leading electrical system design for large-scale projects (>20 MW IT load). Strong knowledge of redundant power architectures (N, N+1, 2N) and high-availability systems.
Technical Expertise
Proficient in MV/LV systems, UPS, generators, earthing, lighting, and control systems. Skilled in power system analysis (load flow, short circuit, protection). Familiarity with BESS, renewable energy, and on-site generation is an advantage. Knowledge of NEC, IEC, IEEE, and local regulations.
Skills & Competencies
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.. Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, Revit; experience with ETAP/SKM preferred. Able to manage multiple priorities and deliver in fast-paced environments.
