• Contract Role for 12 months (Renewable) * Working Location: Buona Vista * Entitled for 1-month AWS Deal Management (Generalist) * Work with Deal Managers and Front Office to provide pre Contract Role for 12 months (Renewable) Working Location: Buona Vista Entitled for 1-month AWS Deal Management (Generalist) Work with Deal Managers and Front Office to provide pre and post deal backing and contract management support for standard and bespoke contract set according to Trading process and control framework Work to coordinate activities revolving deal management activity - functional engagement and liaison to mid-back-office counterparts, KYC -Responsible for onboarding due diligence, re-reviews and submissions, follows ups internally or directly with Counterparties on status and/or missing contract documentation Act as Resolution Owner for Invoicing/Settlement Disputes. Liaise with key interface, business partners and/or Customers to resolve them and perform correction/invoice adjustment Project Management - Small IT Change / Operational Efficiency / Audit Compliance Planning and co-ordination relating to small IT change, audit findings / compliance and operational efficiency Work with IT teams to resolve data issues and manage/coordinate internal interfaces General Admin/Team Co-Ordination /Travel Management and Planning Running weekly team call agenda, actions and minutes Co-ordination of agenda, travel and room bookings, minutes and actions for face to face workshops. Audit support and Global communications support New joiner onboarding Support to track, manage and submit Concur expenses for LT members Requirements Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience Demonstrates business acumen and customer focus Microsoft skills: Excel, PowerPoint, Word Ability to manage multiple priorities to meet Stakeholder expectations, strong relationship building skills across the organization Able to apply Continuous Improvement behaviours and techniques to identify causes and implement solutions with a strong operational efficiency mindset Ability to create, analyse and share data and reports - demonstrates the ability to analyse, and problem solve. Experience in delivering small change in a commercial environment, ideally Trading. Experience in operational roles, with a strong track record of performance Effectively bilingual in English and Chinese so as to communicate with our Chinese counterparts.
