a. Must be a holder of a doctorate degree in Information Technology or Technological Management
b. 3 to 5 years- experience in educational management
c. Knowledge of Curriculum development
d. Preferably LET (Licensure Examination for Teachers) passer
e. Must be a member of a professional organization ex. PSITEMust-have:a. A leader-materialb. Critical thinkerc. Possesses excellent communication skillsd.
