• Excellent communication skills
• Strong computer literacy
• No accounting/debt collection experience needed

• Invoicing & debtor management for Scendar
• Contacting customers to follow up on outstanding invoices on behalf of clients
• Producing debtor summary reports and liaising directly with the client
• General administration duties including mail download and distribution
• Updating and ensuring the integrity of the internal databases is maintained
• Sending of financial documents using electronic signature software
