The team predominantly advises on cross-border financings across all Southeast Asian jurisdictions, India and on deals across the broader Asia Pacific region. The group has a particular focus on leverage finance, acquisition finance, private equity driven finance, property/real estate finance, project finance, share-backed finance and general corporate financings. The team is consistently ranked tier 1 across all of the major legal directories. Our work spans a variety of sectors ranging from financial services, insurance, mining, pharmaceuticals, real estate and retail to telecommunications and manufacturing.Role Requirements

• Qualified layer with a minimum of 2 to 5 PQE with cross border banking experience.
• Strong Technical knowledge
• Excellent Client Relationships skills
• Strong commercial/business acumen with the ability to deliver creative and pragmatic solutions and advice
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interface at all levels and particularly to win the respect of the partner and fee-earner community, building strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
• Collaborative team player with the ability to develop and work in a fast paced, intellectually rigorous environment
