This is a great opportunity for a mid level Project Finance associate to join a leading practice in Asia.
Our client is at the forefront of the project financing market in both the traditional sectors of oil and gas and petrochemicals. They are increasingly acting on offshore wind projects in addition to working in the emerging hydrogen sector.
Recent highlights include a billion dollar financing of an offshore wind project in the Asian region.
Candidate requirements
- 3-6 years PQE with top tier international law firm and strong academic records.
- Candidates should have good knowledge of international finance law and the analytical skill to navigate the contractual intricacies of complex, cross-border transactions.
- Experience working for top tier lenders and sponsors in connection with project, corporate and acquisition financing mandates in the energy infrastructure and resources sectors is a plus.
- Candidates should have experience working with Chinese SOEs.
- Admission in the U.S. preferred but candidates from commonwealth jurisdictions (e.g. England & Wales, Singapore, Hong Kong, ANZ) are welcome to apply.
- Business fluency in Mandarin advantageous.
