TECHNICIAN POSITIONS

Work pattern: 4 days work, 3 days off 3 days work, 4 days off


Working Hour: 7 to 7


Debug Technician


Must have basic progremming and debugging knowledge*
Must be proficient in

C++

and

Linux*
Assist engineer to carry out all the Test related activities for server & Rack products for the production*
To support & implement PXE Server configuration for the products*
Perform & maintain the Server & Rack run-in test process*
Perform & maintain the burn-in & power test process*
To test and analyze all failures in the production products and work back with engineer on the improvemen*
Participate in the Kaizen activities*
To update the test program masterlist & tracking*
To prepare and update Working Instruction*
To provide trainings over W/I to production*
To support on the NPI Process*
To support production on mass run*
Participate in ISO activities (implementation & maintain)*

ENGINEERS POSITIONS

Monday to Friday (8.30am to 5.30pm)

Buyer Support:

Coordinate with suppliers and procurement teams to ensure timely sourcing of components and materials for production.

Debug:

Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve technical issues in systems, equipment, or products during manufacturing and testing stages.

Equipment Automation:

Develop, implement, and maintain automation solutions to improve production efficiency and reduce manual interventions.

NPI (New Product Introduction):

Support the introduction of new products into production, including test plan development, qualification, and pilot runs.

Process Engineering:

Optimize manufacturing processes for quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness; document and standardize procedures.

Product Engineering:

Provide technical support for product development, design validation, and continuous improvements.

Test Engineering:

Develop and execute test procedures, analyze test results, and ensure compliance with specifications and customer requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain) to ensure smooth operations and project success. * Generate technical reports, documentation, and presentations for management and stakeholders.
