PHP30-35K + Generous Benefits + CommissionsEscape the ordinary and start your career journey with us.Earn fantastic uncapped commissions with high earning potential.Embark on a fulfilling and engaging career with BSA Solutions Inc.We are looking for 2 x Delegate Sales Representatives to be assigned to our Australian client, a leading event and conference company, delivering world-class large scale summit and private events.You will be responsible for securing and confirming attendees to take part in private events throughout Australia, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, New Zealand, Indonesia, Philippines and Hong Kong. The role entails making at least 60 phone calls to senior management from large enterprise companies and inviting them to attend the exclusive private events, free of charge as an attendee.Don't worry if you don't have any experience in making outbound calls. When you start, you will go through a very structured 12-week training program.The opportunity and growth within this role is huge and we are currently expanding this team to support the increased demand for new private events across the region.Take this opportunity to earn great salary plus generous benefits plus commission of A$10 for every delegate who attends the events.Key responsibilities include:

• Phoning and pitching potential attendees, engaging them in conversation, creating an interest that results to them attending the private events;

• Taking the bookings or transferring the client to Customer Service for booking;

• Generating your own leads with the support of Australian team and targeting the correct companies/individuals to take part in our private events;

• Updating the CRM or spreadsheet when needed;

• Providing weekly updates to the team director around decisions and work rate for the week;

• Outstanding customer experience and ability to interact and relate to clients with an excellent phone manner;

• The ability to work autonomously, highly organized, efficient with exceptional time management skills;

• Presentable, well spoken and hungry to develop and grow with the business; and

• Can handle pressure and think on their own two feet, can make quick decisions on the spot that are beneficial for both parties.

Requirements

• 2 - 3 years' work experience in sales, marketing, media communication, or similar;

• Strong ability to comprehend each topic broadly and what industries and job titles the event is aimed at based on the brief provided;

• High analytical skills and love thinking outside the box, intelligently together with doing independent research;

• Able to work autonomously and motivated to succeed and hit targets on a weekly and monthly basis;

• Competitive and ambitious to reach and exceed the target number of bookings required;

• High organizational and time management skills to achieve call rate KPI's;

• Must have excellent English, written, spoken, comprehension and expansive vocabulary and a clear speaking voice;

• Ability to use Infusionsoft or any other Sales and Marketing CRM would be highly regarded, although not essential as training will be given.
