Support delivery driver to load and unload products for delivery, ensuring all items are secure for transport and delivered on time. Collection of cash or have client signed on delivery order.
Carry and load heavy goods, ensure accuracy of orders by double-checking during loading and before delivery. Ensure goods are in the original and proper conditions during delivery and loading.
Provide excellent customer service by interacting with customers in a professional and friendly manner with positive attitude. Address any customer inquiries or concerns by reporting to Management.
Assist with other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Able to withstand manual work
Familiar with reading invoice
Possess forklift licence will be a bonus
