About the role
Showcase your experience in people management and High Risk Customer (HRC) investigation that would lead to an effective global team
Work with the brightest banking professionals in the industry in ensuring an efficient work output
Directly report to the Financial Crime & Threat Management (FCTM) Lead in Manila with functional reporting line to the HRC Lead located in Melbourne
Role Location: MDC 100, Quezon City
Role Type: Permanent, full-time
What will your day look like
The HRC Delivery Lead would have the opportunity to:
Track operations of multiple teams to ensure overall required service targets are achieved
Work with team leads locally and other delivery leads globally to undertake forecasting, capacity planning and workforce management through Active Operations Management (AOM)
Optimise staffing levels to ensure flexibility to meet performance standards and turnaround time (TAT)
Oversee multiple teams' productivity and variance from plan versus actual output ensuring there is excellent management of work-in-progress (WIP) threshold overall
Execute operational process and procedures with timely issue escalations
Develop and deliver initiatives to ensures that operational teams are capable to accurately execute alerts/cases generated from NetReveal and/or other triggers, in line with expectations and within the agreed criteria set out in Service Level Agreements and established policies
Plan, implement, monitor and control all deliverables and operational initiatives in line with Financial Crime program, while providing regular reports on status to FCTM Leadership
Identify and drive initiatives that target efficiency to support vision and priorities set by FCTM management within the bounds of compliance to AML/CTF policy
Ensure comprehensive understanding and management of all functions performed by FCTM
Work with the HRC Lead to orchestrate resources across FCTM making sure all operational teams have sufficient & capable resources able to meet all operational targets
Act as the country MLRO liaison
What will you bring?
To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following -
Highly output oriented
Strong subject matter expertise on AML/CTF policies with preference on High Risk Customer management
Extensive experience on business analysis and/or project management
Knowledgeable on using AOM
Self-managing and can effectively influence stakeholders
Brings in solutions and not only stating strategic issues/ challenges
Broad knowledge of banking and financial services products and procedures
Preferably with experience in people management
Experience in Operations Management is preferred
Strong problem solving and decision making skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills, and strong customer service skills
