Key Responsibilities



Collaborating with clients to understand their business needs and define project requirements. Developing project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies. Coordinating and managing the efforts of cross-functional teams involved in solution development and implementation. Overseeing the execution of projects, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met. Monitoring project progress and managing risks and issues that may arise. Acting as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns or issues. Ensuring solutions are delivered within budget and aligned with client expectations. Conducting post-implementation reviews to assess project success and identify areas for improvement. Collaborating with sales teams to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities. Staying updated with industry trends and best practices in solution delivery.

Role Requirements



Ideal candidate should have demonstrated the following competencies:


Provides leadership and direction through subordinate managers (i.e., manager of managers) Work is primarily achieved through others, with % of performance measured by results of the team Manages people and is accountable for setting direction, deploying resources, leading pay performance, goal setting and development discussions (including hiring/firing authority) Provides organization-wide functional leadership (both through direct reports and indirect reports) Requires significant management skill, broad technical expertise, business knowledge, process, and people leadership Requires broad and comprehensive understanding of different systems, theories, and practices across varied technology delivery engagements Applies broad industry and commercial awareness to drive financial and operational performance Directs the resolution of highly complex or unusual business problems applying advanced analytical thought and judgment Negotiates and influences the opinions of others within the region or function and in external organizations; exercises sensitivity to the audience

Education Credentials



Requires a bachelor's degree in addition to 10-years+ broad range of business and technical delivery experience MBA or similar post-graduate studies preferred Experience with SDLC, Agile, ITSM, and/or ITIL industry best practices and methodologies Intimately familiar with the world of corporate real estate (CRE) including portfolio and facilities management functions, businesses, processes, stakeholders, markets, etc. Understands real estate technology market: PropTech, IWMS, Smart Buildings, IoT, etc. * Cultural sensitivity as well as demonstrated diversity and inclusion training
