Delivery Lead representing the Human Resource Technology group in the APAC region and supporting associated projects. Application Management for Regional Human Resources Applications. Participate in SDLC/Agile dev practices for Human Resources inhouse applications. Able to understand Chinese (Simplified) - Read, Write (Type) and Speak Experience in Human Resources Technology domain would be an advantage Management of request for information (RFI) and research required for regulatory exams/inspections and internal audits. Understanding of Information Security concepts Microsoft Office suite (including Visio, Project) Analytical Thinking Independent and able to work unsupervised Ability to interact with business leaders, external vendors and internal technology groups Excellent Communication skills, written and verbal, at all levels * Minimum 8 years' experience in Information Technology space
