Bachelor and/or Masters in relevant field.
Must have working knowledge in retail banking deposits and/or loans products.
Strong project management, communication and stakeholder engagement skills across business, operations and technology.
Capable of driving end-to-end delivery in waterfall and agile framework.
Effectively prioritize incidents, change requests, budget utilization and timelines to maximize performance and objectives.
