Summary

Aims to manager and coordinate the team members to deliver the site activities in accordance with the project plans and planning. Drive the planning and the methods to deliver sucessfully the migrations activities. In the charege to elaborate the strategy and methodlogy, coordinating the design team, the construction team and the testing team. Overseaa the progress along the way in a timely and cost-manner Responsible for the site safety and the orgianzation, implementation and scheduling of the site activities in the project

Responsibilities

To manage the site activities (Construction, Testing and Commissioning) in a safely, timely and cost-effective approach. To review and monitor the site activities in depth, ensure schedule of all deliverables, and access request To oversee, manage and direct the migration activities in a safe and efficient way from the beginning to the end To communicate with the client and the operator on the site activities and particularly on the migration to ensure their agreement and support To prepare with the team with the Method Statement and procedure for the site activities, identifying the risks and issues To ensure the tools, plants, materials and equipment are suitable and available for the job To ensure the Quality process and SHE requirement are known and enforced within the team and sub-contractors To plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones To take part in promoting the safety and quality initiatives among the project team To mentor and train the site/T&C engineers in charge of each specific activity To report the progress and risks to the project management and prepare internal and external report pertaining to the job status

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree or Professional Certification in electrical engineering, railway systems engineering or related field, with at least 10 years of experience Proven working experience in Construction and T&C management or similar role Proven working experience in Electrical Railway Projects in Power Supply Leadership, initiative and decision minded Ability to plan and see the "big picture" Excellent organizational and time management skills Competent in conflict and crisis management Strong interpersonal and communication skills Proficient in Excel, PPT & Word Conscientious and rigorous in work * Good knowledge in spoken and written English
