We are hiring a Delivery Manager with experience with Agile and waterfall methodologies.

Work closely with Engineering team and Product Owner to ensure that product backlogs are well-defined, prioritized, and clear.
Remove any impediments that may hinder the team's progress and help resolve conflicts or issues that arise.
Enable the team to actively own and surface dependencies and risks or escalate in a timely manner.
Responsible for Team's effectiveness, coaching an improvement culture by focusing on continuous improvements, visualize and measure team flow, ensures impediments to the team are quickly removed
Ability to coach and mentor team members as well as stakeholders, remove obstacles and emphasize teamwork
Track and report on team progress, velocity and sprint health to ensure transparency and alignment with organizational goals.
Surfacing up team metrics and helping the team understand their metrics and self-reflect and experiment
Demonstrates a personal growth mindset - Lifelong learning, continuous self-improvement, and the ability to always adapt in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrates proactiveness and self-organization, empathy, and interpersonal conflict resolution skills
Skills for Success:
At least 5+ years of hands-on experience in Scrum Master / Project Manager role.
Deep understanding of Scrum & Agile principles (Scrum Guide, Agile Manifesto, SAFe or LeSS is a plus)
Backlog refinement & prioritization facilitation - work with Engineering Team and Product Owners to ensure clarity and order.
Sprint execution & delivery tracking - managing velocity, burndown charts, cumulative flow, etc.
Impediment management - identifying, escalating, and removing blockers quickly
Dependency management - surfacing risks and ensuring cross-team alignment
Agile metrics & reporting - ability to measure team health and performance (velocity, throughput, predictability, WIP limits, cycle time, lead time)
Excellent analytical, presentation, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Stakeholder management & influence - helping leaders understand agile values, surfacing risks transparently
Growth mindset - open to feedback, adaptive to change, proactive in self-learning
Strong facilitation & communication skills - clear articulation across teams and management
Analytical & problem-solving skills - surfacing root causes rather than symptoms
Resilience in fast-paced environments - maintaining calm and focus under pressure
