Job Responsibilities:

Carry out daily deliveries of food products to customers such as restaurants, supermarkets, and retailers. Ensure accurate loading, unloading, and verification of goods against delivery orders. Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of company vehicle. Plan efficient delivery routes to meet delivery schedules. Supervise day-to-day delivery operations and coordinate with warehouse/logistics team. Monitor stock movement for outgoing and returned goods. Assist in preparing delivery documents, invoices, and return forms. Lead and guide junior delivery staff or assistants when required. Report any delivery discrepancies, vehicle issues, or operational challenges. Ensure all deliveries comply with food safety and hygiene standards.

Job Requirements:

Valid Class 3 / Class 4 driving license (depending on vehicle size). Minimum 2 years of delivery or logistics experience, preferably in food or FMCG industry. Physically fit and able to handle manual loading/unloading. Basic computer skills -- able to use Microsoft Excel / Word / WhatsApp for reporting and communication. Familiar with delivery tracking or inventory software is an advantage. Responsible, punctual, and able to work independently. Good communication and leadership skills. Familiar with Singapore roads and GPS/navigation tools. Willing to work early mornings / weekends / overtime when required.
