Work you’ll do

The Best Managed Companies Programme Manager will be part of a team responsible for growing the Best Managed Companies (BMC) Award recipient community across Southeast Asia. This involves:

• Developing and maintaining a database of Southeast Asia BMC network of winners
• Assisting with physical and virtual engagement and networking events around Southeast Asia for the BMC winners
• Developing communications plan for consistent high level engagement with winners
• Ensuring consistent and compliant use of the BMC brand
• Facilitating the BMC network via regular network calls and updates
• Support the identification of new program opportunities and ensure a best in class approach is adopted at all times

Requirements

• A recognized university degree
• Minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience, preferably within a B2B organization
• Strong business acumen and a good understanding of the private business market
• Refined oral and written business communication skills and ability to communicate with impact and empathy
• A hands on management style / can do attitude
• Ability to work well under pressure, with changing priorities
• Ability to establish rapport with people across different culture geographies
• An acquisitive mindset to drive revenue generating relationship
• Ability to interact effectively with senior stakeholders, both internally and externally
