The Talent
Degree/ Diploma in Supply Chain, Economics, Logistics & Management or any other related fields
Minimally 5 year experiences in supply chain in FMCG
Good analytic and problem-solving skills
Proficient in MS Excel
Experience in S&OP process
The Job
Work with Inventory Management Lead and FG Planner to resolve issues related to product shipment delays
Support preparation of key inventory reports and drive cross functional discussion
Reviews and interprets ship risk reports and supports action plans to mitigate risks.
Work with regional Supply Planning to submit sizing ratios for products
Tracking of inbound deliveries, PO's placed ex-factory dates, size ratios, drops and quantities ordered. Monitor global drops and freeze lists. Ensure all changes are made in the Inventory Tracker/Channel Allocation report
Update the tracker monthly
Execute "Close Out" as per Product Life Cycle and work with IM lead on Close Out report each month.
Support submission of AGR and CID (cancellation, improvements & deferments)
Continuously spots opportunities for delays within supply & demand flow
Key coordinator for any inter-company requests or execution
Escalates critical items to the Inventory Management Lead
Supply and Demand alignment reports
Ad hoc analysis as needed
