Job Description
JOB SUMMARY
- Function as Demand & Supply Specialist to manage monthly operations for appointed Sales country (s)/plant (s).
- Work closely with counterparts such as Sales division, Production division etc. to maximize sales in each country with appropriate production.
- Perform \xe2\x80\x9cFinal Quality Gate\xe2\x80\x9d function to ensure the correct orders are sent for production & parts procurement.
- Function as a country Person in-charge to handle all Demand & Supply related matters for country in-charge
- Function as a plant Person in-charge to evaluate Global/ Asia demand and necessary monthly orders to be placed to manufacturing plant and negotiate with production team on appropriate supply to support sales
- Allocate vehicles to each country based on production plant supply to maximize sales and profitability
- Ensures sales team input correct order within deadline, before sending the orders to manufacturing plant each month.
- Degree in Business/ Economics/Engineering/Mathematics/IT
- Strong in analysis, problem solving and numbers
- Possess good time management, communication & negotiation skills, as well as good interpersonal skills
- A team player with strong determination & perseverance, able to work independently.
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel).
- Willingness to travel within short notice
- Able to commit additional hours for work during peak period
