The Opportunity:Our client is a leading Swedish multinational corporation, and world largest manufacturers of seals and bearings. We are currently seeking a Demand Planner reporting to the Demand Management Manager, to be responsible for analysis of trends, forecasting, replenishment and managing safety stock level.

• Basic up to $3,700 + AWS + Variable Bonus

The Job:

• Enhance inventory efficiency by implementing just-in-time replenishment through the planning tools provided by SKF for meeting SEA sales demands.
• Assess planning parameters such as service levels, safety stocks, EOQ, LT, etc., and uphold consistency in Masterdata maintenance.
• Collaborate with factory/global planners to attain optimal order service fulfillment and address supply issues through effective supply order management.
• Examine instances of unusually high or low demand, and collaborate with the relevant sales unit to determine accurate real demand and achieve high forecast accuracy through effective demand management.
• Conduct analysis and oversee SLOB inventory, as well as handle requests for new inventory investments.
• Monitor Pre-Alerts and ensure timely communication with the 3PL provider regarding incoming shipments.
• Produce reports using in-house applications/PowerBI to monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and analyze trends in demand and supply.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding product availability, stock, and delivery promptly and accurately.
• Address critical operational and system issues/errors related to planning activities.
• Resolve quality complaints supporting warehouse operations for supply factories.
• Assist in maintaining quality documentation for the department.
• Actively participate and contribute to improvement initiatives/projects.

The Talent:

• Diploma or Degree in Industrial Systems Engineering, Engineering, Business Management, Logistics, or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Logistics and Supply Chain coordination.
• Tech savvy with strong analytical skills
