An exciting Demand Planner job opportunity has become available at a leading healthcare company.

About the Demand Planner Role:
This role reports to the Supply Chain Manager and will allow the successful candidate to work closely with all supply chain and commercial teams across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day alignment of the sales forecast/financial plan to the demand plan
• Drive forecast accuracy and bias targets
• Plan inventory, schedule manufacturing orders and coordinate the flow of materials to meet delivery expectations of forecasted and actual sales while minimising inventory levels
• Use data analytics as an innovative tool to identify appropriate solutions for internal and external stakeholders

To be successful in this role, you will need strong end-to-end knowledge of demand and inventory planning.

Key Requirements:

• Degree holder with a minimum of five years of work experience in demand planning and S&OP
• Strong negotiation skills and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong knowledge of SAP IBP and SAP ERP and advanced planning systems
• Strong analytical skills to manage large quantities of quantitative data
• Excellent commercial, financial and business acumen
