Conduct Gap Analysis based on customers\' forecast.
Formulate a priority action list for Buyers to execute.
Implement effective Inventory Control to minimize exposure.
Work with Sales (Customer Services and Sales Managers) to manage inventory turnover in order to reduce aging stock.
Utilize system (ERP) capabilities to generate reports to facilitate efficient and effective data analysis.
Conduct regular (daily/alternate day) meeting/communication with Buyers to ensure all PR and backlog orders to vendors are processed without delay and status are updated in system for tracking/monitoring purpose.
Communicate effectively to co-workers on your instructions and harness the support and cooperations from cross functional teams.
Requirements::
Minimum 3 years\' experience in Material Planning for at least one to 2 hundred SKU. Exposure in high mix, low volume manufacturing environment. Well versed wtih ERP/MRP/Business Solution/Business Application platform like SAP, Oracle, Agile, Netsuite etc
