:Huntsman Corporation is now looking for a dynamic individual as a Demand Planner.The ideal candidate will be located in Singapore.As a Demand Planner you will:Responsible for the demand management of APAC regional product category/ies.Responsible for the demand management for Indian SubcontinentDevelop a clear, aligned demand plan in the near-to-long term basis by implementing the demand control in the near-term (0-3 months) and mid-term/longer term strategic divisional demand plan, for both Unconstrained & Constrained forecast.1. Review & achieve sign-off on 4-24 months demand plan in conjunction with regional Market Managers, Sub-regional Managers and Commercial Directors. Ensure that changes to the demand plan are well aligned with supply chain through the Integrated Business Planning Process.2. Drive the weekly demand changes process with sub-regional demand managers and actively participate in the commercial war rooms; Support the monthly regional demand review meeting in 1st week of every month3. Take decisions to ensure demand control within 0-6 months (involves discussing the allocation options with sub-regions within APAC and with supply chain)4. Review and aligned finance outlook projection with sub region manager and provide the details to regional demand team.As the main interface, to lead and guide the sub-regional demand teamReceive instructions and performs duties as required by regional/global directivesParticipate, as required, in cross-functional projects related to systems & process improvement within APAC HPP business.Assists/cooperate with other employees in accomplishment of Huntsman company goals.Complete all company-required training programs.Participates in Environmental, Health, & Safety initiatives as set forth by the company.Understand that management may assign or reassign duties and responsibilities of this job at any time.Occasional overseas travel within APAC and/or internationally, on as required basisWhat skills and experiences are we looking for?Degree/ Masterxe2x80x99s in business administration, international trade/business, supply chain planningAt least 5 yearsxe2x80x99 experience in Supply Planning or Demand Planning/Forecasting or Sales & Inventory ManagementAdvanced proficiency in MS Office365 software (for e.g., MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, MS Outlook, SharePoint)Ability to learn/use demand management softwareTeam-oriented approach and ability to work in a matrix organizationAbility to work as part of a diverse and high-energy teamAbility to communicate and interact effectively with all levels of the organizationAble to communicate tactfully and effectively in both verbally and writingAble to maintain effective work relations with those encountered during the course of employment.Flexibility and adaptability to new instructions and/or dynamic organizational priorities is critical for job success.What can we offer?Huntsman offers unsurpassed opportunities to build a successful future.
