Job Description
Responsibility
- Conduct Gap Analysis based on customers\xe2\x80\x99 forecast.
- Formulate a priority action list for Buyers to execute.
- Implement effective Inventory Control to minimize exposure.
- Work with Sales (Customer Services and Sales Managers) to manage inventory turnover in order to reduce aging stock.
- Utilize system (ERP) capabilities to generate reports to facilitate efficient and effective data analysis.
- Conduct regular (daily/alternate day) meeting/communication with Buyers to ensure all PR and backlog orders to vendors are processed without delay and status are updated in system for tracking/monitoring purpose.
- Communicate effectively to co-workers on your instructions and harness the support and co-operations from cross functional teams.
- Minimum Diploma
- Minimum 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in Material Planning
