- Training will be provided.
- Assist dentist by handling supplies and instruments as requested
- Prepare tables and trays for dentist with necessary instruments and supplies
- Clean and sterilize instruments, and prepare treatment rooms as needed
- Take, expose, and mount high quality dental radiographs
- Ensure appropriate supply of equipment and materials
- Perform patient charting as instructed by the dentist
- Welcome patients and get them situated in the appropriate treatment room
- Attending to phone calls, messages and enquiry emails
- Attend to patients\xe2\x80\x99 enquiries
- Responsible for scheduling, rescheduling and confirming next day\xe2\x80\x99s appointment
- Collect and process accurate payments from patients
- Contact respective laboratories for case collection and those cases not returned
- Follow established procedures for opening and closing of clinic each day
- Retrieves patient folder for daily appointments
- Ensures reception area and clinic is neat and tidy
Working hours at Marine Parade Branch (5 days\xe2\x80\x99 work week): Tue-Sat: 9am-6pm
Working hours at Orchard Branch (5.5 days\xe2\x80\x99 work week): Mon-Fri: 9am-6pm, Sat: 9am-1pm
