Assist patients with their dental appointments
Ensure a smooth and seamless experience for the patients
Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail
Handling patients' insurance claims
Handling transactions
Helping with infection control by sterilizing and disinfecting instruments, setting up instrument trays, preparing materials, and assisting with dental procedures.
Assisting dentists in managing the clinical treatment of patients
Performing administrative duties
Provide excellent customer service
