Your mission as a Dental Laboratory Technician (LT) is to grow our practice and help the Principal Dentist and the clinicians perform at their best every day by learning, doing and refining every lab procedures that reduce Principal Dentist’s chairside time and help finish complex cases in shorter time. By being an efficient extension of the Principal Dentist, you allow him to do uninterrupted clinical work and to focus on the things only he can do which drive the biggest results to grow our practice.

Responsibilities Complete In-House Lab Cases Promptly Before Required Date Ensure Smooth and Efficient Running of Daily Laboratory Operations Maintain Lab Equipment and Facilities Establish a Reliable Weekly Lab Case Meeting With Principal Dentist Support Treatment Coordination Maintain High Standard of Infection Control Lab Back Office Functions (paper work)

Requirements Professional Background Knowledge and professional experience in dental laboratory work is a must Track records of dental lab work Able to use CADCAM Bachelors degree in a related field is preferred
