Dental Division Sales Manager

About the Business

Our client is a leading distribution partner for a portfolio of pharmaceutical and medical products with ~ 30 years of successful track record in Singapore.

Its Dental Division has been in operation for 20+ years representing numerous MNC brands in respective fields for dental applications.

About the Role

• Head the Dental business division and responsible to lead, motivate and coach 3 - 4 Dental Sales Executives

• Responsible for the achievement of sales target for Dental business division

• Manage key accounts, contracts and pricing

• Execution of marketing plan and promotion campaigns

• Inventory management and sales forecasting/purchasing

Requirements

• Education: recognized university degree

• Minimum 4 - 5 years of experience in Dental equipment/supplies sales

• Minimum 2 - 3 years of experience in sales management

• Meticulous, well organized and able to multi-task

• Good communications and inter-personal skills

• Strong team player, willing to learn with lots initiative

• Self-motivated and ability to work independently

• Proficient in MS Office

• Possess own vehicle

Package : Base salary + car allowance + AWS + commission
