Job Description

As we continue to grow and expand, we are looking for a Dental Receptionist to join our team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Attend to all patients’ enquiries (telephone and walk in) promptly and courteously.
• Register patients for appointments and/ or walk in treatment.
• Attentively monitor patients appointment bookings details, quick response follow up for late arrival.
• Upon completion of consultation and treatment, discharge patients by dispensing medication, collecting accurate payment, and scheduling of next appointments.
• Enter treatment charges as well as sales of products into clinic software accurately.
• Collect payment accurately, either by cash, nets or credit cards.
• Submit insurance dental claims (CHAS, Medisave, TPA insurances).
• Call patients for follow-up whenever required.
• Record and file documents (Consent Forms, Insurance Forms) in accordance with SOP.
• Send, receive and track lab cases.
• Ensure accurate translation of doctors’ schedule into appointment booking system.
• Maintain the cleanliness and neatness of the clinic counter and waiting area.
• Any other duties as assigned by Clinic In-charge / Manger
  

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a NITEC/Secondary “N”/’O” Level, any field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• IT literate (to use clinic software, computer, Microsoft office).
  

Candidates with the following experiences are preferred:

• Experienced as a Customer Service Officer/ Front Desk Counter Receptionist/ Patient Services Associate
• Dental Assistant/ Clinic Assistant/ Nurse
• Experience in a clinic or healthcare setting (Including non-dental experience).
• Experience in the service industry (F&B, waitering, Spa, Airline, etc)

Full-time hours: 44 per week Salary: $1,800.00 - $3,000.00 per month Location: Orchard / Tai Seng (near to MRT)
