Job Description

Manage the installation, integration and deployment of temi robotic solutions at customers' sites. Provide technical support, resolve issues and collaborate with teams to ensure seamless functionality of temi robots. Conduct troubleshooting and system testing to ensure optimal performance of temi robots. Conduct training, repair, maintenance and upgrading of temi robots as required.

Qualifications & Skills Requirements

At least a Diploma in Engineering, Mechatronics or related field Comprehensive skills in technical troubleshooting, repair of mechanical & electronic parts, robot maintenance and after sales technical support Experience in setting up and maintaining system functionality and deployment of service robots Good problem solving skills and analytical abilities Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with customers and teams Confidence to train/coach customers in the use of service robots Experience with robotics or automation technology is a plus
