Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily lift maintenance activities at residential and commercial sites
Ensure preventive and corrective servicing complies with safety and regulatory standards
Manage field schedules, technician deployment, and site progress for timely delivery
Liaise with clients and subcontractors to resolve technical or service-related issues
Maintain accurate records, checklists, and reports for compliance and audits
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
At least 3 years of hands-on experience in elevator servicing and field operations
Strong knowledge of lift systems, drive units, and control components
Proven leadership in managing field service teams
Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skills
High awareness of safety and service reliability
