Deposit & Mortgage Team Lead/manager (retail Banking)
Job Description
1. Assist to oversee deposit, loan and debit card product strategy, to adjust quickly to market changes and ensure targets are met in accordance to headquarter and Singapore branch's requirements.
2. Lead and guide product managers to adjust the pricing or margins according to branch situation and industry standards.
3. Drive the team towards target completion, ensuring product compliance and gathering feedbacks from stakeholders in enhancing product features and improving customer user experience on various channels. To enhance product workflow and system to minimize operational errors.
4. Understand and keep abreast of the competitive landscape, to analyse competitor products and work on improving and launching new product and product campaigns across various offline and online channels. To drive end-to -end product development from requirement to product launch.
5. Lead and manage the team to ensure effective communication and collaboration. Ensure compliance to regulatory/audit/compliance issues.
6. Other tasks assigned.
Job Requirements
1.Diploma and above
2.Preferably at least 5 years in relevant banking experiences or other relevant fields.
3. Good communication and coordination skills.
