Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Support events (Awards, Wellness & etc) and awards ceremonies
- Support all the training nominations and co-ordination
- Assist and support on medical enquiries, pre-employment medical / Fit to drive assessment / Proficiency test
- Process work pass application on WPOL & EPOL system (application / renewal / cancellation of work passes)
- Assist on other duties as assigned
- Diploma in HRM or equivalent
- At least 1 years of relevant working experience as a Human Resource Generalist
- Meticulous with good follow-up skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- A team player with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in MS Office Applications
- Able to work independently
