What the role is:The CDA is a new government agency that is being established by the Ministry of Health (MOH) to oversee Singapore\'s communicable disease preparedness, prevention and control, surveillance, risk assessment and outbreak response. The CDA PO\'s role is to plan and execute the setup of the CDA, which will consolidate and build on the public health functions under MOH, the National Centre for Infectious Diseases, and the Health Promotion Board. As Deputy Director/Assistant Director (Strategic Planning and Organisational Strategy) of the interim Communicable Diseases Agency (iCDA) under the Ministry of Health (MOH), you will support Head Strategic Planning in the development of our strategic planning approach and organisational strategy; and implement the organisational strategy to achieve its mission and outcomes. He / She will support the senior management in setting organisational goals and priorities, including setting processes, optimising resources and measuring the organisation\'s performance to achieve desired goals. The job holder is required to work closely with multiple internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment of organisation\'s direction and intent.What you will be working on:
