What you will be working on:

• Lead cross functional teams and Data Analytics Team in the implementation of the list of approved data analytics, network analysis and AI solutions within and outside ACRA to deepen ACRA data analytics and AI capabilities. This includes development of data analytics and AI training roadmap and conducting sharing within ACRA, cross agencies and industry forums. o Develop and execute data analytics and Artificial Intelligence (AI) strategies to achieve the data transformation objectives and desired outcomes, which includes ensuring alignment with Whole-of-Government (WOG) directions and initiatives. o Lead in the implementation and maintenance of management dashboards, end to end automation of data lifecycle and data lineage. o Drive the data and AI capability development in ACRA including the adoption of data and AI analytics tools, platforms and development use cases in ACRA and support in cross agencies. o Lead the team to develop and maintain a 3-to-5-year Data and AI Analytics roadmap taking into consideration of the AI ethics to establish the deliverables and milestones to achieve the desired business outcomes. o Coordinate the planning, prioritisation and integration of data and AI analytics initiatives in collaboration with all divisions and whole of government. o Manage and update progress of data and AI analytics initiatives to IDSC. o Drive key data and AI analytics initiatives from conceptualisation to implementation that have organisation-wide impact such as UDAP, compliance risk profile modelling. This will involve close collaboration with project sponsors/owners and division reps. o Manage the data platform and tools and propose data roadmap, enhancements and addition of data capabilities based on new data trends, insights and AI needs. o Participate in WOG data and AI governance and ethics forums to deepen ACRA data analytics and AI capabilities. o Lead the Unique Entity Number (UEN) development and administration in BR2S and regional UEN.

What we are looking for:

• Professional qualification in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or equivalent. o Experience with implementation and involvement in multiple project cycles of different nature of projects with relevant technologies such as AI, Data Analytics and digital solutions on cloud platform. o Hands-on experience in system implementation and vendor management in medium scale projects, preferably in finance or accounting industry.
