[What the role is]

We're seeking a strategic product leader to drive our organisation's data initiatives across three key pillars: Strategy, Data Platform & Analytics, and Data Governance.

[What you will be working on]

Strategic Leadership

Lead the development and execution of our enterprise-wide data strategy


Evaluate emerging technologies (including LLMs) and orchestrate pilot programmes


Drive data-driven transformation across the organisation

Data Platform & Analytics Management

Serve as the Product Owner for our in-house data analytics platform


Lead product strategy, roadmap development, and feature prioritisation


Oversee junior product managers and data scientists


Drive platform adoption and usage across the organisation


Enhance user experience for business users, data engineers, scientists, and analysts


Collaborate with the Transformation Office to build internal data capabilities

Data Governance Leadership

Establish and implement comprehensive data governance frameworks


Oversee data modelling, metadata management, quality control, and master data management


Design and deliver capability development programmes


Provide strategic advisory support to data owners

[What we are looking for]

Strategic thinker who can connect customer use cases to technology solutions and think holistically about the end-to-end experience Comfortable with qualitative and quantitative methods to improve product adoption (e.g. user research, design thinking, data analysis) A customer-focused mindset - you will be the number one champion of user needs Experience in product management, with track record of launching new product features and/or managing an evolving product portfolio Excellent teamwork skills; able to communicate and collaborate effectively * Background in data platforms, data analytics, data management
