[What you will be working on] MAS\xe2\x80\x99 IT Department is looking for an experienced individual with a strong applications background to join our Singapore Central Real-time Integrated Payments and Securities (SCRIPS) settlement system Programme. The SCRIPS Programme is large-scale multi-year transformation initiative to modernise the MEPS+ system. You should be someone who has had experience in managing IT incidents, problems, changes and service requests leveraging ServiceNow platform, as well as execution of ITSM processes including major incident management. The end goal would be to help the SCRIPS Programme Management Office facilitate and establish an IT Operating Model for the SCRIPS system. You will also be responsible to work with internal and external stakeholders to define the IT Processes for SCRIPS, and oversee and validate the testing of the IT Processes with the appointed vendor who would be responsible for the Operations, Maintenance and Support of the SCRIPS system. You will be working in a fast-paced environment that would require the ability to manage multiple priorities and needs of stakeholders, as well as the agility to respond to changes and developments. Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic planning for IT operations to maximize effectiveness of the MAS SCRIPS IT operations team in Day-2
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on strategic IT Operating model discussions to keep them on track
  • Working closely with the IT support operations team for MAS Enterprise and the SCRIPS vendor\xe2\x80\x99s IT operations team to determine the right support model for MAS SCRIPS IT operations in Day-2
  • Partner with the internal and external stakeholders to define the IT processes to be used in the operations, maintenance and support of the SCRIPS system.
  • Assist and organise meetings to facilitate review/walkthrough sessions with internal track teams\xe2\x80\x99 meetings as well as meetings with the vendor\xe2\x80\x99s teams
  • Assist and organise the dissemination of the necessary information to internal teams
  • Oversee and validate the testing of IT processes defined for the SCRIPS system to be performed together with the appointed vendor for the SCRIPS system
  • Perform tasks assigned by the SCRIPS Programme Manager/Programme Director
  • Maintain project and Programme documentation within the MAS intranet
You will be working in a fast-paced environment that would require the ability to manage multiple priorities and needs of stakeholders, as well as the agility to respond to changes and developments. [What we are looking for]
  • More than 7 years of \xe2\x80\x98hands-on\xe2\x80\x99 experience with ITSM process executions in a large enterprise preferably in banking/financial environment
  • More than 7 years of experience with service delivery and program management for a large firm with complex technologies
  • Comfortable with driving major Incidents in a mission-critical environment
  • Experience with ServiceNow platform on managing incident, problem, change and service requests
  • Hands-on experience in ITSM or knowledge of ITIL standards are mandatory
  • Must be organised, able to work with minimal supervision, flexible to work on different initiatives in a rapidly changing environment
  • Comfortable in influencing stakeholders at different level including senior executives
  • Good understanding of ITSM support activities related to infrastructure, cyber security and financial applications
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Ability handle pressure, multi-tasking and focused on meeting SLAs/deadlines
  • Exceptional command over written and verbal communication
