Deputy Director (Vehicle Charging System) 2 months contract, subject to extension Chai Chee Street (Bedok) Up to S$ 12,000 per month * You will lead the EV Charger deployment team to undertake t Deputy Director (Vehicle Charging System) 2 months contract, subject to extension Chai Chee Street (Bedok) Up to S$ 12,000 per month You will lead the EV Charger deployment team to undertake the challenge to swiftly develop and execute plans and tenders related to the deployment of EV charging systems and its supporting infrastructure. You will collaborate with other government agencies, industry partners and community partners to manage the installation within a designated geographical boundary. In addition, your project and people management skills will be tested to meet the master project implementation schedule, as well as to ensure smooth downstream operations and maintenance. Overall, the Deputy Director will be responsible for all the Charging Operations in the public car parks in Singapore where the SPV will manage EVCP deployment. The job will include the following: Lead end-to-end design development and deployment of EV chargers in public car parks. This also includes developing the tender specifications and requirements. Partner with all awarded tenderers to ensure EV charger deployment are carried out in compliance with the contract specifications and agencies' code of practices and regulations. Spearhead the deployment management process and closely monitor the deployment progress. Facilitate coordination with partner agencies to expedite required approvals and clearances. Oversee operations and maintenance of all deployed EVCPs. Ensure grassroots and stakeholders' feedback are considered to resolve issues related to the deployment and operation of EV charging points. Provide leadership to the team and build a team culture founded on excellence and responsibility Requirements: Tertiary qualification in engineering fields. Candidates with strong people management skills and deep project management experience will only be considered. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to coordinate with team members and external stakeholders Entrepreneurial mindset, able to synthesize complex matters, manage time effectively under tight deadlines Proficient in Microsoft Office suite software, and adept in general computing and technology At least 10 years of relevant working experience, and at least 5 years of fruitful leadership/managerial experience.
