: The incumbent will be attending to maintenance / rectification work at the Centres located in the central zone. Key responsibilities include the following: * To attend to daily minor repair & maintenance work at the Centres, ens : The incumbent will be attending to maintenance / rectification work at the Centres located in the central zone. Key responsibilities include the following: To attend to daily minor repair & maintenance work at the Centres, ensure that defects work is completed within the day or within an acceptable time frame. To attend to contractor on minor work/ ad-hoc work at the Centres, ensure that work is carried out to satisfaction. To assist with critical out-of-hours issues & participate as a key team member in responses to emergency situations when necessary. To inform/update RO on defect work that is outstanding and to carry out proposed rectification work. To gather feedback from end user on work areas that need further improvement. To adopt a proactive approach to conduct maintenance check so as to prevent major/ minor overhaul/ breakdown and minimum downtime at the Centres. Seek to continuously improve processes, systems and overall stakeholders satisfaction. Demonstrate responsiveness and creativity in finding solutions for service delivery continuously looking to add value and bring innovations to the account. Requirements: NITEC/NTC- 3 Certificate in Building Services Min 3 to 5 yrs experience in building maintenance related service/ field Min 3 yrs experience in Mechanical & Electrical services.
